Meet the Nest

We’re proud to present you with a brand new cosy NEST located right between the lovely neighbourhoods of Alfama and Graça!

Fully refurbished and re-decorated in late March 2018, this spacious NEST offers breathtaking views to Alfama, the river Tagus and St. Vicent Church. It’s composed of three lovely double bedrooms where you’ll definitely be able to relax after a long day visiting the city, and a cosy living & dining room perfect to chill out a little bit with your friends or family over a glass of wine or beer, or just watching TV. Apart from this, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal (you’ll pretty much find everything you need there… or so we hope: oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…), as well as two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other one with a walking shower) with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with a fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. And last, but not the least, are you concerned about the weather outside, and whether the flat will be too hot or too cold? No worries, we’ve got top quality super silent air conditioning (hot and cold) to make sure you always feel comfy, regardless of whether it’s Summer or Winter.

Did we also mention the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right between the lovely neighbourhoods of Alfama (where you’ll get lost in the really narrow streets and where Fado music was born) and Graça (where the best sightseeing viewpoints in Lisbon are located – be prepared to get blown away by the views…). Graça is one of Lisbon’s 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça’s church (it’s a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from “Miradouro da Sra do Monte” which is less than 10 minutes walking from the NEST). At the door of the flat you’ll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa – or upwards if you’re coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you’ll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighbourhood (literally 1 minute walking) and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions…
